These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, as well as the terms applicable to purchases made through the online store.

By using this website, you fully accept these terms.

LYB sells dietary supplements designed for:

  • Cognitive performance
  • Hydration and pace
  • Foco, com ou sem cafeína
  • Energy

Important notice:
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

4. Orders

Users can place orders through the website by:

  • Create an account;
  • Or shop without registering, when that feature becomes available.

Or LYB reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of a technical error, stock unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected fraud. without registration, when this feature is available.

5. Prices

  • All prices shown include VAT at the current statutory rate, unless otherwise indicated;
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout;
  • LYB reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include, among others:

  • Bank card;
  • MB Way;
  • Multibanco;
  • PayPal;
  • Other electronic payment methods available at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely through third-party providers that are duly authorized for this purpose.

Where do we deliver to?

LYB delivers parcels to Portugal, Spain, the other countries of the European Union and Switzerland.

  • Mainland Portugal and Spain: Free delivery on orders of €90 or more.
  • Other European Union countries and Switzerland: Free delivery on orders of €120 or more.
  • Islands — the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands: Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout; the free delivery offer does not apply.

We do not currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Ukraine or any other destinations not expressly listed.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped via our partner carriers, namely:

  • DPD.

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination, weight and volume of the order, and the applicable terms and conditions; they are shown to the customer before the purchase is finalised.

LYB delivers to Portugal, Spain, the other countries of the European Union and Switzerland.

The estimated delivery times, following confirmation of payment, are as follows:

Portugal

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days;
  • Azores and Madeira: up to 5 working days.

Europe

  • Spain and France: 2 to 5 working days;
  • Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg and Slovenia: 3 working days;
  • Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland: 4 working days;
  • Bulgaria, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania: 5 working days;
  • Croatia and Estonia: 6 working days;
  • Greece: up to 8 working days.

The delivery times shown are for guidance only and may be subject to change for reasons beyond LYB’s control, such as periods of high demand, public holidays, logistical constraints, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If delivery cannot be made to the address provided because the recipient is absent or for any other reason not attributable to the carrier, the parcel may be sent to the nearest collection point, and the recipient will be informed of the location and the timeframe within which it can be collected.

Whenever a parcel is returned due to non-collection, an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or any other reason attributable to the customer, the reshipment will be subject to the payment of new postage charges, calculated according to the parcel’s destination.

LYB accepts no liability for delays attributable to carriers, customs authorities or any other circumstances beyond its control.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

For a return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be sealed, intact, and show no signs of use;
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition;
  • Opened, used, or tampered-with products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, public health, and food safety.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

Once we have received and verified that the returned items meet the return criteria, we will process the refund within the applicable legal timeframe, using, whenever possible, the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Subscriptions

LYB may offer products on a subscription basis, with monthly, annual, or other payment terms specified at the time of enrollment.

By subscribing, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • You are purchasing a product with automatic renewal;
  • Authorizes the conduct of automatic recurring payments via the specified payment method, according to the selected frequency;
  • The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless the customer cancels in advance;
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; please do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged again;
  • The specific terms of the subscription, including price, frequency, and renewal date, are provided at the time of sign-up;
  • Once the renewal has been processed, no refunds will be issued, except in cases provided for by law.

10. Responsability

LYB is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Utilização indevida dos produtos;
  • Failure to follow the instructions for use;
  • Inappropriate or excessive consumption;
  • Reações adversas associadas a condições de saúde preexistentes ou incompatibilidades individuais.

If in doubt, customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplement, especially if they are pregnant, breastfeeding, currently taking medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, design, trademarks, videos, and visual layout, is the property of LYB or is used with the permission of the respective owners, and is protected under applicable law.

The reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the customer may seek assistance from a legally authorized alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes.
